“Foxtrot Marketing Group reflects the speedy precision and emphasis we place on providing customers with the best online company store experience.” – Jill Haspert, Chief Executive Officer, Foxtrot Marketing Group
Foxtrot Marketing Group in South St. Paul, Minnesota, has announced its new name and rebranding. For more than 40 years, 20/20 Brand Solutions has served business customers as a promotional products distributor. Recognizing that their customers needed a partner that went beyond ordering, decorating, and delivering apparel, drinkware, and other items, the company knew it was time for a name that better reflected their vision to provide strategic e-commerce solutions. Working with Minneapolis agency Capsule, Foxtrot Marketing Group was created.
The new name was inspired by the Foxtrot dance which requires partners to work in close coordination to perform the graceful ballroom steps. The logo was designed to represent the forward-thinking, agile approach Foxtrot Marketing Group uses working with their customers. “Each organization has different needs and goals with their online company store, and we use a consultative process to efficiently create a custom e-commerce experience,” said COO Dan Luk. “Ultimately, we want to make it easy for our customers and their end users to select, order, and receive apparel and other items bearing their company’s logo,” Luk added.
Five years ago, the company was purchased by Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures (MLCV), the business arm of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, located in East Central Minnesota. During that time, 20/20 Brand Solutions grew through acquisition, new clients, and enhanced in-house capabilities, including screen printing and embroidery.
“We’ve been so focused on helping our customers build brand awareness and loyalty that our own brand had taken a bit of a back seat,” said CEO Jill Haspert. “Our new brand more accurately represents our energy and commitment to helping our customers succeed.”
“Our goal is to make our customers’ brands the star of the show and to help our customers grow their business.” – Dan Luk, Chief Operating Officer, Foxtrot Marketing Group
